Betsy Ross is an historic figure who sewed the first flag for our country. The costume includes a long dress that features a red and white striped skirt. It also includes a Colonial style blue top with striped, bell sleeves, and a lace up the front.  Its matching red, white and blue bonnet detailed with white trim and a red bow polishes the look.
