Returns and Exchanges

Costumes may be returned for exchanges or refund. From August 15th to October 31st, you may exchange or return an item with in 4 days of receiving your order. From November 1st through August 14th you must return an item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in unused condition and in their original package. If a costume is returned, a 15% restocking fee with a $5.00 minimum per costume will be charged before issuing the credit to your account. In addition, shipping charges will not be credited.

For exchanges, shipping charges of $6.95 will be charged for the new costume.

Please include the RMA#, item #, reason for return and size of the item you wish to exchange for. Also include a daytime phone #. During peak holiday times we may run out of certain items and will need to contact you for alternative choices.

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. If merchandise is in the shipping department the order can not be cancelled and the customer will be responsible for the fifteen percent with a $5.00 minimum handling and restocking fee. Should you desire to cancel an item, which the merchandise is not in the shipping department, call the Customer Service Department. 9:30AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday, at 1-866-638-9280.
You will be advised if your merchandise has entered the shipping department and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.

All orders are process the same day as placed. Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. During the high volume of orders during the months of Sept and Oct please allow up to 36 hours for your orders to ship. No shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Those costumes that require 48 hours shipping notice are noted on the product page.

  • For orders shipped to AK or HI or one of the territories please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery.
  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico, US military bases, or ship internationally at this time. We plan to be able to ship worldwide by June 2011. For more information on shipping please see our shipping page

You may track your order from the website. Please click the button labeled Order Status. From here you may check the status of an order, tracking information if available and your shipping information. This option is only available if you set up an account at the time of your order with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password please follow the instructions to obtain your password.
