Returns and Exchanges
Costumes may be returned for exchanges or refunds.
Please return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in unused condition and in their original package. If a costume is returned, a 15% restocking fee will be charged before issuing the credit to your account. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can’t receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything. Also please note that custom merchandise such as our Super Capes with initials and Super t-shirts with initials are not returnable.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges please go ahead and place a new order for the product you wish to exchange for and indicate the order number of the new purchase on a piece of paper along with the original order number of the product you are exchanging and a daytime phone # in case we have any questions. For exchanges, standard shipping charges will be charged for the new costume. The restock fee is waived for exchanges.

RETURNS
*** All Halloween season returns must be postmarked prior to Halloween (i.e. postmark date of October 29th or earlier) ***
For returns please include the original Order Number (starts with 13000) and reason for return. Products must be in unused condition and in their original package. You will be advised if your merchandise has entered the shipping department and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.

The expected delivery times listed are estimates, and may vary depending on where you live.

All orders process the same day as placed. Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday. No shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Those costumes that require 48 hours shipping notice are noted on the product page.
- For orders shipped to AK or HI or one of the territories please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery.
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico, US military bases, or ship internationally at this time. We plan to be able to ship worldwide by June 2011. For more information on shipping please see our shipping page
- Shipment tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the costumes are shipped. You may receive multiple emails and tracking numbers if you ordered multiple items since different items ship from different locations.
- If you have not received any shipment emails within 24 hours of placing your order, please use the Contact Us form and provide your order # or call our customer service number at 1-866-638-9280 to obtain the order status information.
