Returns and Exchanges

Costumes may be returned for exchanges or refund.  From August 15th to October 31st, you may exchange or return an item with in 4 days of receiving your order.  From November 1st through August 14th you must return an item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  Products must be in unused condition and in their original package.  If a costume is returned, a 15% restocking fee with a $5.00 minimum per costume will be charged before issuing the credit to your account.  In addition, shipping charges will not be credited.

For exchanges, shipping charges of $5.95 will be charged for the new costume.

Please include the item #, reason for return and size of the item you wish to exchange for.  Also include a daytime phone #.  During peak holiday times we may run out of certain items and will need to contact you for alternative choices.

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund.  If merchandise is in the shipping department the order can not be cancelled and the customer will be responsible for the fifteen percent with a $5.00 minimum handling and restocking fee.  Should you desire to cancel an item, which the merchandise is not in the shipping department, call the Customer Service Department. 9:30AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday, at 1-866-305-5881.
You will be advised if your merchandise has entered the shipping department and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.

* The expected delivery times listed are estimates, and may vary depending on where you live.

All orders are process the same day as placed.  Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 12:00 pm MST Monday through Friday.  No shipping on Saturday or Sunday.  Those costumes that require 48 hours shipping notice are noted on the product page.

• For orders shipped to AK or HI or one of the territories please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery. Also because of the extra shipping costs to these areas, add $15.
• We do not ship to Puerto Rico or ship internationally at this time.

During the months of September and October, actual shipping time may take an additional 1-3 days.  If delivery of a specific costume is required during these months on a specific day, please include that information in the comment or note section.  Every attempt will be made to assure delivery for that day.  However, if delivery can not be made you will be notified via email.

• Actual shipping times for Fed Ex Ground and Priority Mail will vary from city to city.  While our estimated days for delivery are what we have experienced from these shippers over the past 5 years we are unable to guarantee these specific times.
• During the months of September and October, please allow at least 7 business days for delivery from the date of ordering.  If faster service is required, please choose the USPS Priority Service, 2 Day or Overnight express service from Fed Ex.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard:  Ships by regular US Postal Service.  Cost $6.95.  Usually 4-6 Business Days for delivery from date of shipping.  Street address is required.
• US Postal Service Priority Mail:  Ships by US Postal Service Priority Mail.  Cost $7.95.  Usually 2-4 Business Days for delivery from date of shipping.  All APO and FPO address must use this option.  Requires a street or PO Box address for ship to.
• Fed Ex 2 Day Delivery:  Ships via Fed Ex Express Service.  Normal delivery is 2 days from date of shipping.  Please allow 12 hours for processing of your express order.  Orders placed before 12:00 pm MST will normally ship same day.  Those costumes that require 48 hours shipping notice are noted on the product page.  Requires a ship to street address.  Cost $19.95.
• Fed Ex Overnight Delivery:  Ships via Fed Ex Express Service.  Normal delivery is 4:30 pm next day, excluding Saturday and Sunday from date of shipping.  Orders placed before 12:00 pm MST will normally ship same day.  Those costumes that require 48 hours shipping notice are noted on the product page.  Requires a ship to street address.  Cost $41.95
  
  You will receive a confirmation email at the time of ordering and a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

You may track your order from the website.  Please click the button labeled Order Status.  From here you may check the status of an order, tracking information if available and your shipping information.  This option is only available if you set up an account at the time of your order with your email address and password.  If you do not remember your password please follow the instructions to obtain your password.
